Alex is a French gourmet restaurant located in the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the namesake restaurant of celebrity chef Alessandro Stratta, Iron Chef USA and winner of the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef Southwest" in 1998.[1]

The food is French with a Mediterranean influence and is offered as prix fixe, or fixed price, menu only. The three-course menu is priced at $145; the seven-course chef's tasting menu is priced at $195 with wine pairing an additional $130. The menu changes seasonally.
