Alen Škoro (born March 30, 1981 in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, then Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian footballer, currently playing for NK Rijeka who currently play in the Prva HNL, the highest league in Croatia. He has made 2 appearances for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team.
[edit] Career
Škoro came through the youth set up at Sarajevo with great promise, but ufortunatly has never been able to live up to his potential. Only whilst playing in Bosnia has Alen ever been a prolific goal scorer and his spells in France and Austria did not go as well as everyone would have hoped. He is now back in Eastern Europe and has started the season very well for Rijeka.
