Aleksandr Irkhin is a Russian football coach and currently unemployed. He started his managerial career in 1985 and managed several Russian lower division teams until 2003, when he came in charge of Kazakhstan Premier League side FC Astana. He was sacked at the beginning of season 2008, because of poor team performance.
