Alejandro Daniel Lembo Betancor (born 15 February 1978 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan footballer who currently plays for Danubio F.C. Lembo plays mainly as a centre half although he can also play in the right-back position.

Lembo played for Bella Vista between year 1997 and 2000. He made 56 appearances, scoring 5 goals.

In July 2000, Lembo signed for Parma. He left without playing a single game.
