Alejandro Cañizares (born 9 January 1983) is a Spanish professional golfer.

Cañizares won the 2003 NCAA men's golf championship while playing at Arizona State University. In August 2006, he won his third event as a European Tour golfer, the Imperial Collection Russian Open. He is the son of five time European Tour winner and four time Ryder Cup player José Maria Cañizares. He earned his PGA Tour card for 2008 through the 2007 PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament.
