Aldo Leão Ramírez (born in Santa Marta, April 18, 1981) is a Colombian footballer who plays for Monarcas Morelia of Mexico.

He can play as an attacking midfielder and has been capped many times for the Colombian national football team. His most famous moment was his goal against England in a 2005 friendly in New York. They later lost to England 3-2. Before his recent contract move to Monarcas, his leadership and star playing abilities helped his former Colombian club, Atlético Nacional de Medellín, win back to back 2007 I and II season league titles.
