Aldeoni studied classical music at UFRJ (Brazil) and also graduated in Computer Science, University of Greenwich (England). Organised the first Samba Parade in the UK (London School of Samba), kick started electronic music with ("How Many Sugars"/Palladin-Virgin Records).

He made the first Panorama de Arte Negra, the biggest Afro-Brazilian arts and culture event ever staged in Brazil. For a whole week in May 1980, the center of Rio de Janeiro became the venue for outdoor shows, markets and parades. Some of Rio's finest and most historic buildings housed concerts, debates and lectures. The underground train station was transformed into art galleries and many Afro-Brazilian institutions benefited from sales, donations and new membership. The event got the attention of a very diverse group, people from many different ages, races, social and cultural backgrounds were entertained, educated and informed on Afro-Brazilian history, folklore, art and other contemporary issues.
