Aldebaran (demon)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In pseudepigraphal non-canon Christian scripture, Aldebaran is a Fallen angel listed in the Book of Enoch.
Aldebaran is the fallen angel that once tried to disguise himself as a bull. In this form, he attempted to seduce an Assyrian queen.
It has been said this myth could be related to the ancient Greek myth of Pasiphaë, who was cursed by Poseidon to lust after and mate with a white bull her husband Minos refused to sacrifice to the god. It particularly aligns with another version, in which she mated with Zeus in the form of a bull – a form in which he also attracted Europa.
