[edit] John Car
I notice you removed the deletion proposal from John Car. I presume this is because you think the subject is notable. Please note that i am now going to refer this to AfD. Please do not remove the AfD tag, as that is considered vandalism. Instead make any case on the appropriate page designated on the tag. Thanks. Rockpocket 05:20, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Hi Albinoguy. I tagged the article because, irrespective of whether John Car is real or not, i don't not believe it is notable enough to merit an article. Think about it this way, if every minor news article from every small town newspaper around the world was recorded here, the site would collapse. Even though it is not on paper, Wikipedia must still be encyclopaedic. You were within your rights to remove the prod tag (which you did) however, now the article is at WP:AfD, the community will make a decision on whether the article remains of stays. You have the right to vote on this page (make sure you write "keep") and then sign your comment using four tildes (~~~~). I hope you continue to contribute to Wikipedia, and do not take it personally that one of your early contributions is nominated for deletion, it happens to many editors until they get the hang of how things work. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Rockpocket 05:44, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
