• I think this stub has been sitting here partially translated for long enough and should be deleted. This actually happened at least once before; someone started to translate this article, stopped, and then the article eventually was deleted. Even if it was all translated, I think this article would need some reworking; it is very much from a European perspective, and many Americans would find it odd or even offensive (from what I remember of the first translation effort.)
