[edit] Merger proposal

I think it would be good to move the stuff in the Hwy 28A article here, as Hwy 28A is really just short strings that parrallel Hwy 28. I'd do it, but it's probably good to go through the proper process... Anyone else have two bits on the matter? --Mr Minchin Canada 19:21, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
