[edit] Michelin stars
Can someone confirm (either way) the claim that Le Gavroche was Britain's first Michelin-starred restaurant? The restaurant's own Wikipedia page, and its own official website (linked from the Wiki page) say that it was the first in Britain to be awarded three stars - but not that it was the first to get one.
