Talk:Albert Langer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Does anyone know Albert's date of birth? Adam 29 June 2005 03:33 (UTC) There are an awful lot of "citation neededs" on this page. If a writer does not have a source for a statement, or does not know where a particular tidbit came from, then it seems to me he or she is relying on rumour and hearsay rather than fact, which means such information could well be wrong or only partly right. Unless one wishes to devalue the worth of Wikipedia by turning it into a rumour mill rather than the online equivalent of an encyclopedia such information should either not be used at all--that is, wait until it is confirmed then include it--or it should be filed separately from the information one is certain of (under a heading titled something like "Unconfirmed Information").
