This article, which appears to be of a real living person, does not display importance/significance. Upon my quest to find more suitable sources, I've only run into result pages that confirm Albert J. Perez is a lawyer. This could or could not merit an article. I will leave up to the Admin to decide if a speedy delete is necessary. This article just seems very poorly written. Like I mentioned above, I tried to improve, but found nothing to cite.
