[edit] The Fear Sign/Sweet Danger
The Fear Sign is published in England under the title Sweet Danger.
I figured that, as Allingham was English and the books were mostly first published in the U.K., the main titles of the books (and any articles I or anyone else should get round to writing about them) should be the original U.K. titles; I've tweaked this page accordingly, leaving the U.S. titles in brackets. Will add more as I get hold of, and get around to rereading, the books... JohnnyZen 12:18, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] TV section needs to be on its own
It's confusing to me that the two Campion TV series are a part of an article ostensibly about the character of Albert Campion. They should properly be split off into their own article. While I think this is an obvious enough thing that I would do on my own, there are two difficulties preventing me. First is that Campion (TV series) exists as a marker which directs back to Albert Campion. That would obviously need to be changed, and I don't actually know how to do that. Second is the fact that there are two TV series. Because of the relative dearth of information on the 1950s series, I think that they could safely be presented on the same page. However, I think the matter deserves some discussion. CzechOut 08:06, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with this idea - the newer series seems to merit its own page, and does clutter the character article. The older adaptation, which seems pretty obscure, should probably be kept here though - there should be a short 'Adaptations' section here, with brief outline of the Davison and older versions, with a link to the main article on the Davison series. This page is covers the series of books as well as just character himself, so needs the extra info in place. Am happy to do this if no-one else has any input - FYI, to change a redirect page, follow the link, e.g. to 'series', it'll bring you back here, then just click on the link next to 'redirected from' at the top of the page, and you should get to the raw 'series' page, which you can then edit happily :) JohnnyZen 15:11, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
- I agree as well, I will go ahead and split the articles now. Eric Wester 15:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
