James Loewen accuses this town of being a sundown town (and implies it still is). Brutannica 23:00, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

James Loewen has more than likely never even been to Alba Texas. It is not a "sundown town". Just because it is mostly white and Hispanic does not mean racist. No one wants to live there! That is how I know he never visited Alba, or he would mentioned that this town needs industry to move in and bring more people and jobs. We need an over educated elitest section here.
