Alberto Rionda (born September 2, 1972 in Asturias, Spain) is the guitarist and front man for the Power Metal band Avalanch, where he has worked since 1993. He's also a professor of electric guitar since 1997

[edit] Beginning
Alberto studied 5 years of classic guitar at the Music School Llanera. In 1997 he began to work as professional guitarist, as well as a composer, lyricist, arranger, keyboardist, producer and sound technician in his recording studio "Bunker Studios". It is also guitarist of the group Folk Asgaya, with a studio album, as well as Stunned Parrots, a group formed by members Avalanch and Stormy Mondays.

With 10 albums and 2 DVDs, from Avalanch on the market, his efforts have sold thousands of copies in Spain and Latin America, USA and Europe, in addition to numerous national and international tours since 1997 throughout this countries, with an average of more than 60 concerts annually.

Several national awards granted by the specialized press of Spain as the best guitarist, composer and producer. At AMAS awards, he has been prized for best spanish guitarist, as well as several Ventolines awards.
Music composer and lyricist for musical groups, theatrical compositions (3 to 4 productions per year), 3D animated films, advertising spots, films, TV programs... He made the original music for a full program of cultural dissemination of the channel 2 on Spain, also issued weekly by the international channel TVE.
Technical study of PA. And producer for many bands in Spain, not just rock music, but also folk, pop, world music, classical music... He has done hundreds of professional jobs, like recording, mixing and mastering.
Professor for technical study, in collaboration with the music school Lugo de Llanera, has given several classes in his own recording studies, focusing on the work of sound engineer and, artistical musical projects.
