The Alberta Teachers' Association (ATA) is the provincial trade union body for the teachers of Alberta, Canada. It was founded during World War I, and currently has 39,300 members. It is an affiliation of the Canadian Teachers' Federation.
The ATA features a range of specialist councils created to foster professional development of teachers interested in common curriculum or specialty areas. The current councils are:
