Alberta Midget Hockey League

The Alberta Midget Hockey League or AMHL is the provincial Midget AAA ice hockey league for Alberta, Canada.

Many players from this league move on to play on Junior A and Major Junior hockey teams in Western Canada. The league's alumni include Jarome Iginla, Dany Heatley, Jason Smith, Joffery Lupul, Geoff Sanderson, Scottie Upshall, Brian Sutherby, Mike Comrie and Bryan McCabe.
