Highway 666 is a secondary highway in the province of Alberta, Canada. It runs in an east-west direction in Grande Prairie County in Northern Alberta. The total length of the highway is 48 km (30 mi).

It starts south of Grande Prairie, at the bridge of Highway 40 over Wapiti River. It passes north of O'Brien Provincial Park, then through the hamlets of Grovedale and Wapiti. It is used by logging trucks working in the boreal forests of the Wapiti River valley, as well as for recreation in the summer campgrounds open in this wilderness area. Weyerhaeuser Canada Corporation maintains a network of forestry roads at the southern end of the highway, extending about 100 km (62 mi) south to the Two Lakes Provincial Park and Nose Mountain camping areas.
