Highway 3A is a spur of the Crowsnest Highway in southern Alberta.

It begins 21 km east of Fort Macleod, Alberta from Highway 3 and runs north of it for 7 km through the village of Monarch along the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks, then merges with Highway 23 and back into the Crowsnest Highway, 19 km west of Lethbridge.

Another stretch designated a Highway 3A parallels Highway 3 to the south for 3.5 km, between Lundbreck and Crowsnest Pass, south of the Crowsnest River.
