Highway 22 is a highway in Alberta, Canada. The highway has been billed as the Cowboy Trail by Travel Alberta since it passes through a lot of ranch country. The highway is considered by many to be among Alberta's most scenic, as it follows the picturesque eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains.

The 22 starts between Pincher Creek and the Crowsnest Pass. It then goes north through the towns of Longview, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, and Millarville. The highway then jogs west at Highway 22X. About 30 km (18 miles) later, it turns north again and passes through the popular hamlet of Bragg Creek where the 22X ends. Highway 22 keeps continues north past the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) west of Calgary, up through the Town of Cochrane, to Cochrane Lake and north to Cremona and Bottrel.

The highway continues in a generally northward direction (with a number of westward jogs) until it intersects Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway). It continues north to cross Highway 43 at Mayerthorpe, where it terminates 7 km north at Highway 18. Between Cochrane and the Yellowhead, it passes through the towns of Sundre, Caroline, Rocky Mountain House, and Drayton Valley (west of Edmonton).
