In the Municipal District of Rocky View, the elections will elect a municipal council consisting of nine councillors, who will elect from their number a reeve. The councillor is elected from one of nine districts. It will also participate in electing five of the Rocky View School Division's seven trustees, as the five of the divisions wards include portions of the municipal district.
