Albert Raes

Albert Raes (born February 21, 1932) is the former head of the Belgian State Security Service.
Raes led the department from 1977 to June 1990, when he relieved himself from his position after coming under fire from a major parliamentary investigation. (The Times, June 6, 1990)
Raes was made a honorary consul of Morocco in 2000.
