Albert Estopinal

Albert Estopinal (January 30, 1845April 28, 1919) served as in State house of representatives 1876–1880, was a member of the U. S. House of Representatives from the First Congressional District of the state of Louisiana from November 3, 1908April 28, 1919, elected to office following the death of his predecessor, Adolph Meyer. He served nearly six terms as a Democrat until his death in office.
