Albert Demtschenko (Russian: Альберт Михайлович Демченко; born November 27, 1971 in Chusovoy) is a Russian luger who has competed since 1992. A five-time Winter Olympian, he finally won his first medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin with a silver in the men's singles event.
Demtschenko also won four medals at the FIL European Luge Championships with one gold (Men's singles: 2006), two silvers (Men's singles: 1996, 2008), and one bronze (Men's doubles: 1996).
He was overall Luge World Cup champion in men's singles in 2004-5.
