Albert Charles Smith

Albert Charles Smith (1906 - 1999) was an American botanist. He was a director of the National Museum of Natural History, and chaired on several important scientific societies, such as the American Society of Plant Taxonomists.

The standard author abbreviation A.C.Sm. is used to indicate this individual as the author when citing a botanical name.[1]
