[edit] History
Born as from 2001, it was founded by Álvaro Barbero Jiménez on June 11 when he created a game he would call Pete Total. Said game was about defending a land base against an air assault, by shooting from rocket-launching towers. It was made using Klik and Play software. Before that day, another would-be-game was cancelled, on April 7. It was called 3 Magos (3 Wizards).
On August 7 of that same year, Pañun Pañun is created. It consists of a 4-player tank war game, which was also created using Klik and Play. On August 25, a project called Guerreros Locos (Crazy Warriors) is officially cancelled.
On September 2, 2003 this company presents El Caballero (The Knight), the one game which would make Albarji Productions well-known, as it has been promoted by some software distributing websites, such as Softonic. El Caballero is a RPG videogame which uses the RPG Maker 2000 engine. It tells the story of Stiff’s quest.
During 2005, two projects were cancelled, one of which would have been an online El Caballero trivia game, while the other was a shooter which used the Game Maker engine.
The first game in English by this company was presented on April 29, 2008. It is a puzzle game set in Ancient Egypt, called Hieroclash.
Presently, this company is working on a sequel of its first game, which shall be Pete Total II. Also, in a Game Maker-powered game consisting of a group of mini-games, named stAtion, of which there already exists a playable demo in both English and Spanish, available for downloads at Albarji Productions' official website. There is also a RPG Maker 2003 version of El Caballero in progress.
