[edit] Article shortened

To whom it may concern, I drastically shortened this article & did some rewriting of what was left. The article as it existed before my intervention was wholesale lifted from the Consortium's website in probably violation of copyright, against Wikipedia policy. I'll look at expanding it further later, without the copyright violation. --Yksin 19:06, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
