Alan Francis Pegler OBE FRSA is a British railway preservationist, best known for saving LNER Class A3 4472 Flying Scotsman and his involvement with the Ffestiniog Railway. He was awarded an OBE in the 2006 New Years honours list. He is a Member of Jesus College, Cambridge, 1938.
