  2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);

  4. the image is being used only for informational purposes; and
  5. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it illustrates the star of the movie and a crucial scene in it, with Jolson's famous appearance in blackface.
