[edit] Summary

1970 home and road uniforms of the Milwaukee Brewers.

The basic uniform type comes from the Seattle Pilots, a 1969 expansion team sold to Bud Selig just six days before the 1970 baseball season started.

Selig removed the Pilots' name and logo and sewed "Brewers" across the front. The color scheme was retained from the Pilots, as were the unusual sleeve stripes.
