Al Fand training camp

According to American intelligence analysts association with an Afghan training camp they called the al Fand training camp was a reason to continue to hold Guantanamo captives in extrajudicial detention.[1]
A Guantanamo captive named "Khalid Mahomoud Abdul Wahab Al Asmr". faced the allegation: "The detainee attended the al Fand training camp"[1], the camp is located in the Mountains of Afghanistan
