Al-Azim State Mosque is Melaka's state mosque. It is located near Melaka Hospital in Malacca Town, Malaysia.

It was constructed between 1989 and 1991.

The interior of the mosque has Chinese influences and appears like the interior of a pagoda. It also has influences from local Malaccan Malay architecture.
