Al Ain University of Science and Technology (in Arabic:جامعة العين للعلوم و التكنولوجيا) was established in 2005 and is located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. An initiative of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late President of the UAE, the intention behind establishing Al Ain University of Science and Technology (AINU) was to nurture and develop UAE residents to better contribute to the development of the UAE as well as respond to the challenges of the 21st century technology and mass media. The university aims to meet the needs of the job market in Engineering, Information Technology, Health Professions, and Business administration.
