Al-Said Barkah was the Sultan of Egypt after death of his father Baibars. His name is in all history books concerned about the history of Egypt and Mamluks. A good encyclopedia should have information abnout this Sultan. If you think this important sultan does not indicate the importance or significance of the subject then no point to mention the Mamluks in Wikipedia.Samsam22 (talk) 23:00, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

He definitely deserves an article, but when the page was made, you made no notice of this fact. -Carados (talk) 22:58, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

In fact I was just starting with this article I did not have even time to mention any thing. Samsam22 (talk) 23:00, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Certainly notable, speedy removed. --TeaDrinker (talk) 23:08, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Please friends, give us time and chance to make history of Mamlukes complete and correct on Wikipedia.Samsam22 (talk) 23:12, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Like the other Mamluk sultans, this one also deserves an article. --Chapultepec (talk) 08:52, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
  • Indeed remarkable some modern historians made such a mistake with the name of the grandfather of Al-Said Barakah ! Samsam22 (talk) 21:39, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
