Al-Watan (Kuwait)

The Al-Watan [1] is a Kuwaiti Arabic language daily published by the Al-Watan publishing house. The editor in chief was Muhammad 'Abed al-Qader al-Jasem until 2005, when Sheikh Khalifa Ali al Khalifa al Sabah, a member of the Kuwaiti royal family, took over. However, who really runs the newspaper is still in doubt.
