Al-Farooq may refer to:

  • Umar al-Farūq (or Umar) (c. 580–644), a companion of Muhammad and for the sunnis became the second Caliph (634 – 644) following the death of Abu Bakr, the first Caliph
  • Al-Faruq (or Al-Farooq: The Life of Umar The Great), a book written by Islamic scholar Shibli Nomani
  • Al Farouq training camp, an alleged Al-Qaeda training camp near Kandahar Afghanistan
