Akuri is a spicy scrambled egg preparation in Parsi cuisine. The spices mainly consist of ginger, coriander, chopped chilis, minced tomatoes and black pepper for taste. It is traditionally eaten with pav (like a bap) or double roti (bread). It is somewhat liquid in texture to enable it to be eaten with pav.
