Miu is a high school girl who is ashamed of her childish features. One day she comes across an ancient spell book which said to grant any wish. After thinking about the outcome of the spell, she decided to summon the spell within. But the spell surfaced to be Satan (Akuma in Japanese). After avoiding Satan so that she can keep her virginity, she finally gives in. However, she also has to face Amamiya, the school's "prince" and a lot more.

• Miu Sakurai

She is a 10th grade girl. She wants her admired Shion Amamiya to return her love. So she tries casting a magical charm. After doing this, the one who appears is the Satan (aka Akuma/Kai). He tells her he can grant her her wish for her virginity. But before she knows it, Miu falls in love with the Satan. Miu later on pledges her eternal love to Satan and offers up her virginity to him. Miu is confused with Akuma, because he says that he loves her yet, repeatedly hurts her.

• Akuma (Kai/Satan)

He's Satan, the strongest demon in hell. He was once an angel but was cast away to hell by god due to some reason. He appears before Miu and says that he would grant a wish but in return for granting that wish she has to give her virginity to him according to the contract. But as the story progress he fall in love with her and even goes as far as to tell Miu that even though he will let Miu have Amamiya's heart but he would not let Amamiya have Miu's heart because it belongs to him. He takes a few roles in Miu's life. First, he became Miu's elder brother, Kai. After they confess their love to each other, he becomes Miu's biology teacher. He is not very fond of Amamiya and refers to him as "that fucking angel".

• Shion Amamiya

He the guy Miu first has a huge crush on and wishes him to return her feeling. Later on he does fall in love with her. But it is too late for him because Miu loves Satan. He is also an angel from heaven in disguise. His real name is Archangel Michael, Satan's arch enemy. He despises the fact that Miu loves Satan and that a human heart has been taken by Satan.

• Marupasu (Tsubasa)

The crow whose soul was saved by Akuma after being tortured and left to die by humans, he now serves Akuma as his pet. He was to spy on Miu by being her little brother, who is very cute. He speaks to Miu and tells her that Akuma is very gentle and that humans are even worse. Later on, when Akuma becomes Miu's biology teacher, he becomes Miu's schoolmate.

• Seera

A sex friend of Akuma. She is the one who called back Akuma to Hell after hearing from Shion that he is having a relationship with a human girl. She is born between angels and demon. She seems to have deep feelings for Akuma. Because of her extreme jealousy, she leads Miu to her death, only to be killed later on by Akuma for it.

• Beelzeebub

A demon in Hell, he is one of the handsome servants of Akuma. At first he didn't like Miu but, while guarding her while taking a bath, he tells her to hurry up and get out because Akuma is returning to the human world. When Miu get up his heart suddenly beats loudly and when she passes him he states that she has been made into quite a woman.
