Aku Louhimies

Aku Louhimies (b. 3 July 1968 in Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish film director and screenwriter.

He studied at the University of Helsinki and in University of Art and Design.

Louhimies has directed five feature-length films:
- Levottomat (Restless), 2000
- Kuutamolla (Lovers & Leavers), 2002
- Paha maa (Frozen land), 2005
- Valkoinen kaupunki (Frozen city), 2006
- Riisuttu mies (Man Exposed), 2006
He has also directed short films, TV-series and commercials since 1995.
