Aki Hinata (日向秋 Hinata Aki?) is a fictional side character in the manga and anime series Sgt. Frog by Mine Yoshizaki.

Aki Hinata, mother of Fuyuki and Natsumi Hinata, is the head of the family that Keroro lives with. Her exact age is unknown; however, she is believed to be around 35 years old. In episode 73 of the anime, she appears as a high school student when Fuyuki travels 20 years back in time.

Aki Hinata has the same colour hair as her son, Fuyuki. Her hair is usually secured in a ponytail , but on occasions she has worn it as pigtails similar to those of Natsumi. She has two ahoge, one to each side. Her hair reaches her waist, but it was much shorter when Fuyuki and Natsumi were younger. Her eyes are light green and she wears glasses.
During her middle school years, she resembles Natsumi, though in high school she resembles Fuyuki more. This is demonstrated when Aki was transformed back into a high school student through the use of Kururu's age-reversal gun: when she hid one of her ahoge, her resemblance to Fuyuki is so great that Keroro, Natsumi and Momoka Nishizawa are unable to differentiate the doppelgänger.

Aki Hinata is 172 cm in height and 60 kg in weight. Her three sizes are estimated to be B92, W60 and H86.
In Episode 52 of the anime her height is stated as 165 cm and her sizes as B105, W58 and H93.
