Ajisen Ramen (Japanese: 味千ラーメン; Chinese: 味千拉麵; Pinyin: Weiqian Lamian)(SEHK: 0538) is a Japan-based[1] chain of fast-food restaurants selling Japanese ramen noodle soup dishes.

The 120 plus store chain was founded in Kumamoto, Japan, and has locations worldwide.
