Start of this article was gained using some good sources. But what I can see is this unreliable source have been used to spray the allegations. Despite the truthfulness of this source I can even argue for the inaccuracy of the content of this, because there's no any Sri Lanka Army establishment as "23-3 Battalion" in the Batticaloa region.
