Aitor Ocio Carrión (born 28 November 1976 in Vitoria-Gasteiz) is a Spanish footballer central defender. He plays for Athletic Bilbao in La Liga. He is a no-nonsense defender with a powerful shot, scoring the odd goal from free-kick situations.
Ocio had previously played for the Basque side, but spent from 2003-07 with Sevilla FC, playing a somewhat important part on a squad that won four titles (one Spanish Cup, two UEFA Cups and one European Supercup) in two seasons. In July 2007, he returned to Bilbao.
