Aisholt is a hamlet in the English county of Somerset. It is one of the Thankful Villages.

Aisholt is located in the Quantock Hills which attracted the poets Samuel Taylor Coleridge and William Wordsworth.

Near the village is Hawkridge Reservoir which supplies water for Bridgwater. It was constructed between 1960 and 1962.[1]
