hi i m anukaran singh from melbourne,australia.i have taken a flight from raja sansi airport for amritsar to melbourne through sq 447 on 10 nov at 10:45pm.i got some inconvineance due to ur staff. i have some important things(shaving kit,perfumes,deo's,soaps,hair gels, tooth brushes,moisturisers,etc...)in my luggage which is been stolen.i dont know how it happen but its ur duty io transport luggage in proper manner. i ve locked my bag but when i have seen at the melbourne airport there is no lock on the bag.i just ignore at that time and i went back to my relative's home. but next day when i checked my bag i found none of my things written upward.i was very shocked at that time.this is really a blunder from ur responsible staff. i m very disappoint from ur staff.thats not a duty of good and responible organisation.i m facing very difficulties here in melbourne.if u want to querry me call me on this number i.e.0061434246505 or u can mail me at rishi_anu@hotmail.com
