I have made a major addition so there is probably much to correct. First, this should be written in English. English is not my native language; I speak Merican, so please see to the spelling.
Further Reading may seem excessive, but this is the most complete reading list you will find. Searching for ATA in worldcat, booksearch, amazon etc. will miss many of these. The same goes for the external links. It was not my idea to be excessive with these, but offer something complete. It was very difficult to find them all and I hope this may help someone else.
I own most of the books, so if more documentation is needed, I can dig them out again.
