Airin Older

Airin Older is the bassist and backing vocalist for the Californian [[punk rock band Sugarcult. He joined the band after meeting frontman Tim Pagnotta in a music class. Airin is a multi-instrumentalist who can also play the guitar, piano, drums, and trumpet, as well as sing and harmonize. He appeared in many MTV music videos and has toured most of the United States, Europe, and Japan with Sugarcult and has appeared as guest presenter for the main award at the Japanese MTV Awards.

He frequently alternates between Fender Precision and Jazz basses. He has been with Sugarcult since the beginning and has featured on every Sugarcult album. He has also performed with the Street Drum Corps on MTV and in a special tribute to John Lennon and Yoko Ono and was a founding member of PEN15.

Airin co-produced The Deadly Syndrome's debut record on Dim Mak and is working on a project with the singer of IMA Robot.
