Aim High is a summer program that started in San Francisco's Lick-Wilmerding High School in 1985 by Alec Lee. It is currently in its 21st year, and, as of 2007, the program has 9 locations, mostly in San Francisco, and has approximately 1,000 students in 9 campuses. [1]
[edit] Connection with the Marin Headlands
In addition to the summer program, 9th graders of the program also sometimes get to go the Marin Headlands for one week to perform stewardship and restoration work in the Headlands.[2]
